The "Coffee Chap" (Kafi Chap) website is a comprehensive online platform offering printing, duplication, and graphic design services. The project's primary goal was to eliminate the traditional, complex processes associated with ordering print jobs and replace them with a seamless, fast, and transparent user experience (UX) tailored for students, schools, businesses, and corporate offices. The site enables users to easily select their desired products, upload files, and place orders.
Key Features and Capabilities Developed:
Modern, Responsive User Interface: A complete front-end design using Tailwind CSS, ensuring a seamless and optimized experience across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.
Structured Ordering Process: Implementation of a clear, four-step user flow (Select Product > Upload File > Secure Payment > Receive Order) designed to minimize cart abandonment rates.
Scalable Back-end Architecture: Development of core site logic and data management using PHP and MySQL, allowing for the easy addition of new products and categories, as well as efficient future order management.
Dynamic FAQ Section: Creation of a section to intelligently guide users on printing standards (e.g., RGB vs. CMYK, 300 DPI resolution, and digital vs. offset printing), thereby reducing support inquiries and boosting customer trust.
Internal Promotional System: Functionality to create and manage discount codes (such as "first-order" discounts) to attract new customers.
